Breathtaking views, delicious meals and the person you love by your side make for a romantic and memorable evening. Situated in Polignano A Mare a town in southern Italy, this restaurant has an ambience unlike any other.

Grotta Palazzese Hotel

Nestled into beautiful vaulted limestone caverns, this romantic restaurant is a beautiful part of the Grotta Palazzese Hotel. This design sets the diners in a romantic mood while giving them an uninterrupted view of the Adriatic Sea with its adjacent cliffs. During the day, the cavern is magnificently lit by the rays of sun shimmering off the lucid blue waters. The centuries-old spot was once used by nobility for their banquets.

Currently, diners can choose from different wines and a traditional (totally mouth-watering) Mediterranean cuisine. Be sure to get there in the summer, though. Although winter dining still gives you the same great view, you have to enjoy it from within their dining room as opposed to right at the edge of their cliffs.
